Maybe device doesn't receive some confirmation from the server? You should check logs and then ask your device vendor.

It says it can't decode the hex
It means that it's binary data.
I can't get ahead of it, I'm trying my best but can't understand much
You don't need to understand anything. You need to get logs, send them to your device vendor and ask why it doesn't work.
In the end I found the problem. It was the Sim card, it had problems sending data, changed Sim and everything works great. Thank alot for your help
Good day to all. So, I bought a few cj720 GPS on aliexpress and when I set them up, I set them to update every 10 seconds. From the original Chinese server, they update every 10 seconds. As soon as I connected them to my traccar server on raspberry pi 4 with ddns connection, it updates the position every 180 seconds or so. Anybody have any idea why? Thankyou in advance.
