I've got a small fleet for service vehicles in our business we currently have an agreement with Rogers and can get LTE SIM cards as part of our package and shared data so I'm looking to find a device that will work in our vehicles for basic GPS position tracking but also added functions like speed and other things that we can read from the ODB port. We would also be interested in no ODB versions for our trailers and machines that don't have ODB.

Try JimiIot devices works fine, since you want to use your own SIM card.
However be prepared to configure your devices with Rogers APN, correct IP & Port to talk to Traccar.
If you have your own Traccar setup, that should work if not you can use the paid service available under "Pricing" Tab on this site.
