I am using VPSDime. Now server and their website is down. Is this scammer ?

I am sorry for that. Have other is also facing issue. Thats why i need some help to figure out what to do,

This is what I see on their website:

Sunday, 26 May 2024, 6:22 - Our Dallas location is currenty unreachable. We're working with the engineers on site to bring your services back online ASAP.

So I'm not exactly sure why you're calling them scammers. They clearly say that there's an outage.
