What to do when a device is not compatible?

Hello, I would like to know, what should be done to involve a new device that is not within the list of supported devices, traccar professionals offer under contract to involve this new device ?.

The device that I need to put to work with traccar is:
MODEL: MK20U MOVE TRACK
PROCESSOR: MediaTek MT2503A.
This is a Alcatel device
