I am trying to use the demo server to test out a device but it won't connect.

I have set the device to
demo2.traccar.org with port 5064
and on the demo I added a device and used the "ID" printed number from the physical device as the identifier. I know for sure the device is working because I can send a sms command and the server setting is correct. Any help?
Can someone please help. The GM06NW is set to the demo2 address and it's IP address. I can send sms command to the tracker but the demo won't pick up the tracker. The port is 5064 and I am using the IEME as the identifier.
