I am using the 'watch' protocol port for a Chinese Kids GPS Watch with MTK6261 chip.
Device Data in Traccar logfile is:
[3G*6209108516*0092*UD,070318,203241,V,22.683546,N,113.9907380,E,0.00,0.0,0.0,0,91,91,0,0,00000000,4,255,262,3,825,835,142,40203,27041,140,825,815,124,40208,47036,113]
The location coordinates 22.6835, 113.8807380 are completely off though. When the device sends data to the SeTracker ip, the location is still shown correctly as (50°05'38.9"N 8°41'14.9"E).
Any idea, what could cause the discrepancy ? As far as I know the device does not only use GPS but also mobile stations as location reference if GPS is not available. Is this location information also present in the datastream but not used by Traccar ?
Thannks for any help.
Location is marked as invalid. If you want to use mobile stations for location you need to configure it in Traccar.
Thanks. Which is the location invalid mark ?
In your message it's V
(inValid).
