This is a Chinese tracker and looks to be using the H02 protocol. Does anyone see a reason this would not be connecting using port 5013?

Crap, sorry. Bravo for fielding a sea of dumb questions. I have read it but forgot about the unique identifier needing to be used on some devices rather than the IMEI.
