Reports use stored positions and events to show tracking history. They are limited to devices the user can access, and can be disabled through account or server restrictions.
| Report | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Positions | Inspect individual location records and their attributes. |
| Events | Review recorded alarms, geofence events and other event types, even without notifications configured. |
| Trips | Review movement intervals, distances and durations. |
| Stops | Review stationary intervals and stop durations. |
| Summary | Compare aggregate activity for selected devices. |
| Geofences | Review visits using geofence entry and exit events. |
| Chart | Plot a selected device's available numeric values over time. |
| Combined | View several report sections together. |
| Replay | Follow a device's recorded route on the map. |
Available values depend on what the tracker reports and what the server calculates.
For large reports, try a shorter period if loading takes too long.
Trip, stop and summary results can differ depending on the reporting period and motion settings. See Trips and Stops for detection rules and the differences between fast and slow reports.
For report types that offer Schedule, select the devices/groups, choose the schedule action, and provide a description and calendar. Configure email delivery for the recipient before relying on scheduled reports.
The calendar defines reporting intervals. After an interval ends, the server generates the report for that interval and sends it by email. For example, use a recurring full-day interval for a daily report.
Review or remove existing schedules under Reports > Scheduled Reports. Read-only users cannot create report schedules.
