Wialon decoder already supports in. As for Galileo, I would need to know tag id for it and some message samples.

i got data from GT06N ,there is no satellite attribute, but status GPS is valid. and to make normal report, i have to do relocate all data without sateliite attribute, and new problem coming, date time report jump in same location. Do you have any information related that case ?

What makes you think it's a server issue? Did you check logs and the protocol documentation to troubleshoot the problem?
i just thinking, maybe traccar have filter feature for this data, like zero lat long for GT06
