I'm actively viewing the tracker-server.log file and seeing that my GPS device is 100% sending data to the server. Around every 30 seconds I see:
2025-06-05 20:01:13 INFO: [T50c2361a: gt06 < 54.241.17.235] *HQ,9176245029,V1,190112,V (followed by location data I wont include)
However while I have the device listed on the site it displays offline. For the identifier I've tried the IMEI number and ID number on the label on the device (the ID number is 9176245029 which matches what's shown in the logs) but neither show me the location on the site or that its even online.
I've looked through the troubleshooting guides but can't seem to find one specifically for my issue.
