Does the client application always keep reporting?
In the settings you can change the update frequency (first stop sending updates then you can modify the update frequency, then start it again). For instance set it to 30 or 60 seconds.
Track-trace your information is outdated. I am pretty sure the question is about the latest version of the app that works differently.

What happens to me is that I install it, then activate it, and it reports to me. It appears online on the platform. Then the online mode disappears. Is there a manual that specifies how the app works? Or the ideal configuration to keep it online.
