9.4.1 License Validation Failure

Installing Traccar 9.4.1 APK on a new Telox TE320 I'm getting a License Validation Failure error message and once I start the app the Continuous tracking slider is disabled.

Is this something I've done or a bug in the app? Is there any fix?

Judging by the behavior, it's identical to what happens on my Huawei device. If you pay attention to the error text – it explicitly mentions Huawei Mobile Services. This strongly suggests the issues are related, and the built-in HMS environment is causing failures. As I outlined in my original topic post, version 9.0.0 (debug) did work. I propose testing that specific version. If confirmed, I strongly request that Anton prioritize investigating this. It appears this problem will persist for all users with HMS-based devices.

Is there any way to work around the Gogle Play Services as we have a fleet of devices which run AOSP (i.e non-Google android).
Given the mention of Transistorsoft, for example, could we purchase the below and enter the license key to resolve this issue?

I've had an email conversation with Tortoisesoft about the license, unfortunately while I'd have been interested to contribute towards that HMS license, it would seemingly only work for the Hauwai devices and not for AOSP devices such as those we're running so doing so wouldn't actually help me.

Is there any option other than remaining on Traccar client for Android version 7.x indefinitely?
