Was using the Sinotrack portal but found it frustrating being down most of the time.
Decided to setup a Traccar server via Windows and decided not to play around with my carrier router settings but use a tunnel instead.
Tested and found that the tunnel assigned port was working and being routed to my desired port 5013. However, reviewed the server logs and found this:

Cycled through the different ports but still no luck in having the device appear on the web portal. At port 5006 this was the output:

The web portal was not able to identify and show the device. Had several device IDs placed including IMEI, Device ID, etc. Still to no avail. All the IDs refer to one device and when left overnight, there was a single report which did not occur again.
Any ideas?

It doesn't look like any supported protocol. Do you have the protocol doc?
Unfortunately, I do not have a protocol doc except that it mentions the protocol is Tianqin on the portal.

On search about Sinotrack protocol, it leads here, not sure if this would help:

Funny to learn that although I programmed a server change, it is sending to both the Sinotrack portal and to the Traccar server I setup
