Hi... I'm having some issues with the server. I've only had it for 12 days, and today I started seeing that the working devices are rotating, and the time interval is every 10-20 minutes. I don't know what I can do. Any ideas on what to do? Note: I use Contabo as a VPS.

You checked the Troubleshooting guide, server logs etc etc..

If its Anton paid service you should use his support email.

Yes, I'm checking the documentation.

What I'm referring to regarding rotation is the following...

Device X stops sending information, signal, etc. for 5 minutes... and after another 5 minutes, device X starts sending information again, but now device Y isn't sending anything. I don't know if I'm making myself clear?

You should check logs. Do you happen to have any proxy or unusual setup?

No, the server is configured directly without any reverse proxy or load balancer. Traccar listens directly on ports 5013 and 8082, with no Apache, Nginx, or other intermediaries. The firewall (UFW/iptables) allows the traffic, and there are no NAT rules, VPNs, or tunnels altering the connections.

Please provide more VPS specs.

CPU
RAM
File-Space (NVME or SSD)
OS-Systerm
Database?
fail2ban installed?
Traccar in subdirectory?
please secure Port 8082 (https://www.traccar.org/secure-connection/)
traccar-device/-client refesh instervall?
sort of traccar-device and connectivity
run ping over some minutes to the server
server logs...
