Traccar client stops working after a few hours

I want to start off by saying that Traccar Client and Manager are easily the best tracking apps i have ever used and I would like to thank Anton and the team for all the work on keeping everything updated.

I do have a strange issue though on the latest version of the Traccar Client where the app seems to kill itself after a few hours and also, after a restart or phone runs out, it doesnt seem to start up until i go on the app.

I have other apps that run fine in the background after start up so I am thinking that it is possibly the Traccar Client app it self.

I am on version 9.6.1.

Hi Anton

An app that auto starts after my phone reboots is the Signal messenger app.

The Traccar Client does run in the background but it never auto starts on boot.

The Traccar Client version on FDroid does work fine on start up and auto boots.

I am not sure what changed between the F Droid version 7.?.? and the latest version on the Play Store.

There was a complete rewrite, so a lot of things changed.

Would it be possible to look into this issue?

For reference I am on Graphene OS on Android 16, but i dont know if this really affects anything.

It probably does. I recommend testing on an original Android.
