Seeworld Video/Photo Support

Hi all!

I am currently implementing Seeworld GPS and the basic ones are supported in traccar ( Port 5023 ), there is a new model with dashcam + gps combined. I don't see the port or support here, what do you need from the device or me to have this supported?

If you're interested in professional services to support it - email us. If you just want to submit a feature request - use GitHub. We would need the protocol documentation and some data samples.
