What do you mean by best parameters?
Actually this is my calendar, is the gap between 01:01am and 02:01am the time where the report will be generated, or it will represents the from: and to: of the report
Also I want to know the exact time where the report will be generated and sent (in this case)
It will represent the from and to in the report, so it doesn't really make sense to me. Report will be generated within 15 minutes of the end time.
Ok, now it's clear, so the daily calendar cannot exceed 23h:59 min and this will be repeated on a daily basis. Regarding sending the report as an Excel file, do I have to choose it in the report or does it come automatically in Excel format?
I changed my calendar to this and now, I received the email at 2:08 am (30 min after the end of the calendar).
The eMail I received is a link and it shows an error when I open it, how can I receive the report directly as an attached Excel file?
We don't do direct Excel files anymore. What's the error with the link? Are you sure you're using up-to-date web app?

Yes I confirm that it works with the updated version of the app, but we are really sad to hear that you stopped the Excel version, because in our case we need to send report eMail to third parties and we don't want to give them access to Traccar.

This was never really intended to be supported. Emails are sent to your account email address.
Yes I know, but we can create an account using the eMail that will receive the report without giving the credentials, no need to send the access, just use the eMail for scheduled report.

An additional benefit is that the vehicle's history is emailed to you, regardless of how long the data is stored on the server. For example, a recurring report is sent monthly, and the data is stored on the server for two months. They have an Excel file, so I can download it in six months.

Actually, I'm stuck in the scheduled report. I want to send an automated Excel report (summary report) on everyday basis, and I tried all the advice found in the forum, sometimes it works, sometimes not. Does anyone understand how the process works and which are the best parameters to put on?
