Another Question ..for geofence activation does the vehicle just need to enter the geofence or does the vehicle have to have ping inside the geofence to log vehicle entered geofence.?

How would the server know that it entered within a ping?

Could you please clarify (within a ping? as above)was that meant to say without a ping?...so vehicle requires a ping location within the geofence ?

I am not getting any geofence logs from the Geo fences i set up?

You obviously need a ping from the device to register a geofence entrance.

I received a geofence ping however the vehicle was nowhere near the actual geofence?See screen shot.

The vehicle was heading through to N Parade.

I suspect you meant to create a polygon geofence, but create a line geofence, which works differently.
