What could be causing these trails

Hi, does anyone know what could cause these trails on devices? Is it a device settings issue, or a server issue?

You need to look at the position data. Sometimes this happens when there is an issue with time.

I do see the time is incorrect on a number of devices. I'll need to see how to change the time on the devices, i think they are all Jimiot VL-502 devices
