I have an issue with the reports. Once I do configure it will work the first time but then then second time I go into it the dialog box appears in the upper left corner of the screen with only some of the fields.

Ive tested this on two browsers on OSX (Safari and Chrome) and two on Windows 7 (IE and Chrome). Same results.
Im not sure if it is linked to my other issue with the positions or not but when i look for positions from a device for today i see those on the results. However if i open the search range to be within 6 months then i dont see anything. Not even the results from todays trip.
Where should I be looking?
If i refresh the browser (cmd+R) then it goes back to the normal dialog box for the configure report.
Check browser console for errors.
