mysql connection is not working

Pudiste resolver el problema ? Tengo el mismo error pero desafortunadamente no soy muy experta y aqui las personas que saben mucho , no recuerdan cuando sabian poco y te tratan como si fueras una molestia.
Por favor podrias decirme como pudiste resolver este problema ?

i will necro this but imo is the way to fix things
in the config file posted before it is <entry key="config.default">./conf/default.xml</entry> that points to /home/username/.conf imo it should be /opt/traccar/conf/default.xml

Please read my comment more carefully. If you are running from IDE or manually, you specify config file as a command line parameter. You should modify THAT FILE.
