Expand "+" options are not visible on mobile devices for Preferences & Permissions.
I'm not sure about Android, but with Safari it's a known issues. It will be fixed with next release.
The same thing is happening when using the official iOS App. With Chrome and the other browsers on the iPhone giving the same result.
Few of the Android devices given the same "+" missing response few were showing the expand button.
As I said, the problem in Safari is a known one. All browsers on iOS, including Chrome, use Safari engine, so obviously it has the same issue.
I haven't heard about issues on Android though. Can you please provide a screenshot and device details (model, Android version etc).

While using the web interface on mobile devices, Expand "+" options are not visible on mobile devices for Preferences & Permissions under Account menu. I am using iPhone SE on Safari, even if using the Android the same thing is happening.
