can not access webinterface via localhost.8082

hi. i am new to this. i have installed the serversoftware, everything seams to work fine. It is running when i check "services" in windows. ¨

it is when i type in "Localhost:8082 it does not work, It says Traccar and its is starting to load the interface, but it never comes up, the blue circle just continue spining around forever.
Im running it onAmazon AWS EC2 server with Windows 10 server. Any idés on that is wrong?

You should check browser developer console for errors.

  1. Check that process is running.
  2. Check server logs for errors and warnings.

Hi I was able to check the server logs it says

2018-02-16 13:04:58  WARN: [B3392D89] error - Address already in use: bind - BindException (... < TrackerServer:119 < ServerManager:81 < Main:38 < ...)

It means you have a port conflict with some other process on the server.

Just an update. was able to get it working locally. It has something to do with the OS permission.
