Reverse geocoder problem

After 7 month of succesfull using reverse geocoding stop with any warn. It was 3 days after I change 3.14 to 3.16 .

2018-03-22 19:50:49  WARN: Geocoding failed - https://eu1.locationiq.org:443 - ConnectException (...)
2018-03-22 19:50:49  WARN: Geocoding failed - java.net.ConnectException: https://eu1.locationiq.org:443 - ExecutionException (...)

Could you someone help me ?

It's either provider issue or some network problem on your side.
