How to transfer user to new installation
It probably means that you are not using same database. Double-check your config.

I had to setup my RasPI again. All data is stored in mySQL database of my NAS, but Traccar running on the RasPI.
After setup of latest Raspian and traccar 3.8 I copied the config files from the former installation from /opt/traccar/conf to the new installation.
Traccar starts, but the former user login does not work anymore.
How can I transfer the users to the new installation ?
