Installing Traccar on VPS windows

Hi,
I've install Traccar on vps windows server 2012.
After installation i can access it on localhost:8082 but this doesn't work on ip:8082.
(In the windows services in front of traccar written : (local))

Would someone please help me on this.

I guess you haven't configured firewall correctly.

Thank you anton for your prompt response. I even turned off the firewall but nothing happened.
Is the expression "(local)" in front of traccar service normal?

Dear Anton, I've change the firewall setting again, restart the service and it works fine now. Thank you so much for your help.
