Devices Location Not Update But Online

Hi, I've been install traccar from november 2017, and today still running on the server, only 1 device connected to server.

In traccar Web App, Since 13 February 2018 05:07 AM the location (Time, Latitude, Longitude, Speed etc) was not updating, I have try to refresh web app, restart the device but still location not update. But only update the device status (online / offline) when I turn off the device, status on web app changed to offline. So I think the device right connected to the server but only location, speed, time etc not update.

When I send SMS Command directly to the device, It give me correct location, so the device location is OK.

so I dont know what is the problem... maybe someone here have experience, or did I miss something in the documentation

Looks like the login format of your device has changed, and for some reason it doesn't like the response from the server. Do you have protocol documentation for your device?
