Device online but no GPS location

Hello guys.
i have configured a ReachFar GPS V03, i can see it online, but i cant see its location, there seems to be no geolocation on the device,
basically i cant see the device on the map,

is there a way around it

when i check in the database under the devices table, i see that POSITIONID is null

and then on same device, it also shows that LASTUPDATE IS 2019-09-17 14:13:12.199

so am wondering why its online, and it shows last update time and date, but i cant get the position

You are using wrong port. You should be using GT06.

Please inform me all SMS commands for configuring this RF-v03 equipment. Is the port really 5023?
