help with a gt02a

Tracker4 years ago

hi Anton good afternoon

I have a problem that I have not been able to solve for a long tim.

I have some gt02A devices and as you can see in the registration section it detects me the connection with the tk103 protocol through port 5002 the strange thing is that it does not appear on the map and the state of the equipment is always offline for now it is the only GPS that I have connected with that protocol

I did the test with four equal teams and the result is the same in the logs I can see the successful connection but in the interface of traccar some help please go offline

Your device is not reporting location. That's the reason you don't see it on the map.

Some of these Chinese clones are hard coded in the firmware not to enable GPRS if pointed at a server other than the one cited in the "instructions". Some work for a while on another server, then disable GPRS, probably so they can levy a subscription to their own server once you think it;s all fine ;) Some don't, it depends on firmware and it seems a lottery. ask me how I know.... ;)

Hi, I have the same problem, where my GT02A device shows online in Traccar but there is no location update.
I have been using this device for around 2 years without problem, but this problem started around 6 days ago.

Alex. check your network provider that you havnt exceded bandwidth or budget. its somethign they may have introduced so you may have to reduce your call back to server.
