Pb with traccar installation

Hello, any reader of this ...
my problem is the following :
1- i cant install any version of traccar > 4.1.... (in Linux , debian, ubuntu...)
i got the following error , when i tap the command ./traccar.run

Creating directory out
Verifying archive integrity... 100% All good.
Uncompressing traccar 100%

2- I followed the procedeure gived in https://www.traccar.org/forums/topic/build-traccar-from-source-via-command-line-method-on-ubuntu-server-16-10/
i arrived to build my traccar-test ( in order to do somme modification after ), but can't installit on my debian10(acctually), i got the same precedent error ...

can some one help me please ?

1. I don't see any errors. You would have to find actual error.
2. Why are you trying to build from source if you can't even install pre-built package?
