why not. download linux installer: https://www.traccar.org/download/ and use manual from documentation: https://www.traccar.org/linux/

Actually I'm using google cloud computing server ..
Now Traccar install properly, but Showing error
This site can’t be reached104.154.22.3 took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Can u give some information ... about this ??
I used Centos 7 ...
server via Putty response :

Why are you using some ancient version of Traccar? I would recommend installing the latest one.

I started using Google cloud server 2 weeks ago, also tried to follow the same instructions of that project, but it's a waste of time.
Do not worry too much about which version of Ubuntu at this stage, there are many things to take care of.
