Notifications link to users and devices

Hi all,
Is there someone who can tell me how to link Users and/or Devices to Notifications. I cant find anything about it in the api docs

It's in the API documentation. You should use permissions endpoint. I would also recommend checking the official web app.

It's not specific in the api documentation, but I used the way its decribed for all other permission messages with "notificationId"

The documentation for the permissions endpoint does not list notificationId as one of the fields that can be specified yet it seems to be accepted by the endpoint. Can this be updated in the documentation?
