I would definitely recommend Ubuntu between the two.

I have a Server with a Xeon processor, 8GB Ram, and 120GB SSD. I wanted to know if it's better to install an Ubuntu server or Windows on this pc? Which one can handle more active units? For example, I am planing to put around 30 units? Can it handle?
