There's no other protocol. If location is working, it means you found correct port. Maybe alarm you are looking for is not decoded or not supported yet for this protocol. Or maybe a slight change in the protocol.

Hello, I did some tests with my Sinotrack devices, on the official server and on the micodus server they both work the towing alert and on the traccar they don't work... I've already configured all the alerts to test if they would work alerting something different, but no, it's not enough no warning, i also get the sms when i take the test, could you help me? Would there be another compatible protocol?
