Linux system or something else?
Linux System, Ubuntu
Have you checked systemd or some other logs to see why it's happening?
We have analyzed it, including apache, but what happens is that the traccar service is disabled immediately. It's always been working fine, but last night it just stopped working and we've been trying to fix the problem ever since.
So what's the result of the analysis?
Everything is good. The problem is that the traccar service is not active. Right now, it's the only problem we've been able to identify.
I got that part, but why? That's what I asked about.
We don't know why, hence the question here on the forum. Nothing like this had ever happened to us. We have no idea what's going on, because even if we reboot the machine, the problem remains.
And what about my recommendation to check systemd logs?
Here are some screenshots to see if they can give you a better understanding of the problem we're having.
Thanks
Looks like you have some invalid data in the database.
By the way, from your screenshot I can see that the service is enabled.
Invalid data? Which and where? Please, if you know where the error is, please enlighten us.
I don't know where exactly the error is. Could be a broken constraint or just some issue with the data.
Hi,
Since yesterday I can't access the system, giving error 503 Service unavailable. I noticed that the traccar service is disabled. Even activating it, it becomes deactivated again.
Thanks
