User can't see playback

no, mine is chrome the other user is on firefox.
I also noticed on the users computer, my login does the same.
Currently we only test modern with Chrome, so that's what I recommend to use.

When I (admin) log in to my computer as another user that has admin permissions, I can and use playback on the modern dashboard and see trackers.
If the same user with admin permissions logs in on their computer, they can not see any trackers or playback.
any ideas?
