The error is pretty clear. Your account is readonly.

I'm having this error from a Super USER , (Main administrative with full priviledges/ no restrictions including server settings ).
I guess if I have checked readonly makes sense to me ... but it is not.
Probably I'm doing something wrong .

I tried from a different PC , then I saw the mistake . I was playing with Token from a readonly , I opened the Admin account in a different TAB I got this error ... I cleared the cache and is working now .
