You're the only person who has those issue so far, so I suspect you're doing something wrong.
I thought the map key was server wide but the new user has no access to Bing maps without getting his own key.
Depends on where you add the key.
So where should the key be added to be server wide? I cant find a config setting for it at least

OK I have installed the latest Traccar a couple of days ago. I used it some years ago but then had no use for it so I uninstalled it
I have installed, created an admin account, configured a push key and a Bing Maps key and added one device with the app and created a couple of notifications
