Disabling Broadcast

Any way to disable broadcast, when operating 5.3 on Single Server.....

It's disabled by default.

There is documentation on how to enable and configure it, I consult how a new implementation is

There's no documentation because we're still working on it. Some things are not fully supported with multiple instances.
