It clearly says out of memory.
I increased the memory usage in service.traccar and increased the number of open files in the system and the error disappeared, if it returns I will post all the requested logs. Thank you
I have this error in the traccar logs:
Error Unable to create native thread: possibly out of memory or process/resource limit reach
as you can see on the image , I increased some limits, check the image bellow:

but still the error is presented in the logs and server doesnt show devices.
