Hello, i have several GPS 102-B Coban trackers for my company. By sms i can send a "reset+password" command and the gsm and gps sensor is restarting. I tried to make a commands in my server like periodic reports but doesn't work. Periodic reports working fine. I create the command in "commands" but when i try to connect each device with this command doesn't exist. Is there any other way to do it?
Have you created it as a custom command? Then you should be able to link it to any device, assuming you have permission.
In the past i created like a custom command but it didn't work. I tried the preconfigured "Reboot device" in commands but doesn't work either.
Preconfigured won't work if it's not supported for certain protocol.
