As far as I know, traccar does not have any kind of license

There are no license checks in the official Traccar.

Are you using GPSWOX and not the official Traccar?

That typicly happens when its hacked software, so i dont think he will ask gpswox. That comes with a lifetime license when you paid for it (bought from gpswox company)..
