What does traccar client do while we are using the mobile in a phone call?

It stills continue reporting?

This will depend on your network carrier and their configuration. Some networks for example if they use VOLTE (Voice over LTE) could block other apps using data whilst on a call to ensure voice quality of service (qos). This has nothing to do with Traccar but more about the handset, and the network carrier and what they allow from a data perspective other apps to do whilst on a call.... Traccar should work all the time as long as it has a data connection (regardless of type of data connection (GPRS/2,3,4,5G/WiFi)
