Fuel increase notification traccar, web, smms

I did setup fuel increase notification. Just wanted to find out how to setup this, for it to notify. is there a formula to use on app for it to trigger a fuel increase notification.

If I use the firebase config, will it work with push notifications on a custom my traccar
app on google play store that I have.
