Can't connect a Geofence / Notifications / Drivers / ... to a Device ?

Hey,
I am facing a problem when i try to link a device with Geofence/driver.... I can't , there's no save button even when i select , when returning , nothing has changed ( there's not a save button ) as it shown in the screenshot:

When you select geofence it will be auto save.

btw I don't see any screenshots

i couldn't add it
