deviceInactivityStart to group

Hi,

I am trying to use the inactivity notification to get emails when our devices "go offline". We use Teltonika so I think this is the best method.

I have applied deviceInactivityStart and deviceInactivityPeriod to a group with a bunch of devices, linked my user the notification and linked it to the group as well. This does not appear to trigger the email. Do the attributes need to be on each device itself, not just the group? If so, whats the best way to apply this across the board?

Also, is the value still in milliseconds for these attributes?

I believe it should work for groups, but I don't know if we tested that scenario. The time is in milliseconds.

I will continue to test with the groups. If not, what is the best way to apply attributes across all devices? Get my hands dirty with the SQL?

Looks like it is currently not supported on groups. It worked when I used it on the device.

Quick follow up, does setting the deviceInactivityPeriod to 0 prevent it from sending update messages?

It shouldn't. I will just prevent from receiving reminders.
