I have a ZX303 GF22 device.
It comes with the 365gps.net platform, but it is not a friendly application, it seems insufficient to obtain tracking and statistics from my device.
I investigated how to pair it in this forum and could do it with your SERVER DEMO#1, through SMS commands:
DOMAIN#IP SERVER1#5023#
SERVER#IP SERVER1#5023#
That said, I comment on my problem:
The IP of the device changes, for this reason traccar connects and disconnects continuously.
When the device works connected with factory settings, to the origin servers (365gps.net), from the management portal of my SIMCARD, I can see that it establishes a correct connection and assigns an IP to the device, and this never changes, it remains stable over time.
When I modify the DOMAIN, SERVER or BOTH parameter, to be able to link with TRACCAR, the device appears online but with interruptions. I was able to discover from the SIMCARD management, the IP changes every 150 seconds, loses connection for 30 seconds and establishes a new IP again.
Could you tell me if this is normal and is there a way to modify what is happening?
