Issues with Battery Icon on GT06 Protocol

Dear Community,
Happy new year. I have recently encountered an issue with how my battery is displayed since version 5.10 update.
Irrespective of the actual tracking battery, it would always show between 12 - 13% even with the charge indicator on.

I tested it on the traccar demo file and the result is the same.

You have to check the raw data in the logs and compare it against the protocol documentation.

please let me know if there is another way to activate raw data in logs,

i have recently added entry key save.original configuration and i didnt see any difference in the log received.

You don't need to activate anything. You just need to properly look at the log file. You filtered out all the relevant raw data.

You have to filter by the connection id. Because if you filter by device id you're missing all the HEX except for the initial login message. As you can clearly see from your original log where you have location without actual HEX.

Great, Thanks for the replies I got the filteration by connection id: here is the log file, i decided to send some device command to device just to push more data n the connection to the server.

I also know several features of the gps devices is not interpreted completely on traccar, such as External battery voltage, Career IMSI number, and the most recent wrong internal battery level. all this are available on manufacturers server.

Are you sure you don't have attribute copying enabled?

I have deactivated copy attribute but its still the same.
it will be worthy to note the following:

  1. it is the same experience when using demo.traccar.org. hence it is not a specific settings on my server.
  2. it was working as it should before version 5.10>. every other version before this worked effectively, showing battery level, power cut, and a decrease in battery from green to orange and to red...
  3. while it was working then, the battery was always reading 200% and not 100%.. since i had the full bar indicator and several other indicator when it is disconnected, i bothered less.

I was able to loo through the log file and compared with the device protocol and i can see that the device is actually sending battery level.
