Telegram notifications stopped working

I have set the Telegram configuration as specified below:

I set notifications for the Device Inactive event, it was working fine, just until yesterday the notifications suddenly stopped, and I have two devices inactive for the past two days, yet nothing is received on Telegram. I double checked the Device Inactivity Start & Device Inactivity Period and everything is correctly set.

One thing to add: Whenever I send a test channel request, the test message is correctly received on Telegram, but notifications are not.

I didn't change anything at all, it just stopped working. Any clues?

You need to investigate it step by step. See if events are generated. If they are, it's probably something related to the notifications. If not, it's probably something with the event logic.

The last Device Inactive event was on 2024-04-02 06:14:47, any clue why would that happen? Since the device is already inactive since then?
