Device not coming online.

Hi Everyone! I have a device with model no. OC 10. Upon searching in the supported models, it says use port 5023, communication protocol gt06. While the data coming in, is not in the gt06 format, and it's more like Huabao. Here's the data I'm getting.

So I tried the huabao port, 5015. And Still the device stays offline. Any direction/help would be greatly appreciated.

message no. 3 repeats most of the time when vehicle is moving.

Yes, that is the tracker-server.log contents with port 5015.

No, it's not. It says "gt06", which means that port 5023.

You're correct and that was the problem. I resetted the OBD reader and set the params again. It was stuck with port 5023. Now it's at 5015 and is now online. Thank you so much for your help and direction.
